The Electric State · Netflix · Oberhausen 2025 

A journey through a crumbling retro-future. To launch The Electric State, we built a life-sized diorama in the middle of CentrO Oberhausen: a physical snapshot of the film's post-apocalyptic world. Rusted gas pumps, grungy signage, scattered cables — the eerie stillness of something long abandoned, standing in the polished center of one of Europe's largest shopping malls.

The installation drew passersby into the film's universe without saying a word. Positioned at the centre's busiest crossing, the installation stood in the path of more than 400,000 people over two weeks.
